Family Day Care

Thrive Group are passionate about creating natural and empowering learning environments for children, enabling them to focus on individual development in a safe surrounding. Our Family Day Care services are based across Tasmania and foster strong family relationships with individual Educators and the wider community. Children are welcomed into a nurturing home-like environment that offers individual learning programs with a focus on smaller groups of children.

Family Day care sessions are charged at an hourly rate and different educators may adopt different hours and fees. Family Day care provides care under a range of different conditions including, overnight care, early morning and evening care as well as sessions often provided in centre based services. All share a common goal to provide a safe, inclusive and fun environment for children. Due to their flexible environment, Family Day Care educators can care which allows for personalised programs and experiences for children – no matter which type of session is required.

Early Learning Centres

Thrive Group understands the importance of the first 1000 days in children’s brain development and provides stimulating experiences and environments to help families make the best of these vital years.

We recognise that learning is a collaborative journey and understand the strength of social interactions with peers and educators. At Thrive Group, we encourage children to practice being effective communicators to become confident and involved learners and to feel connected to the communities in which they live.

Bookings at Early Learning Services is provided on a sessional basis. Families are welcome to book in for a full day, half day, short day or on a casual basis, Monday – Friday. These can be booked in on a permanent roster, or casually. Price will vary depending on these factors.

Children within Thrive Group’s Early Learning Program will experience an abundance of opportunities for meaningful activities that help build confidence and foster a love for learning.

Outside School Hours Care

Thrive Group’s Outside School Hours Care [OSHC] provides a safe place for children to unwind, have fun, as well as an opportunity to try new things and meet new friends. Our program supports individual learning and development through a range of leisure and play based experiences.

We cater to children aged 5 – 13 years of age at several locations in the state:

Individual centres may offer different hours and fees. OSHC includes Before School Care [BSC], After School Care [ASC] and School Holiday Care [SHC].

After and Before School Care

These programs aim to engage children in experiences that encourage the development of new skills and build relationships with educators and peers as well as in the broader community.

We are committed to building partnerships with families to encourage the growth of every child’s confidence, enjoyment and sense of belonging.

School Holidays Care

Catering to primary aged children from Kinder – 13 years of age, our School Holiday programs provide full days of fun and educational activities, with the inclusion of off-site and local excursions. At Thrive Group, our educators are committed to working collaboratively with children in enjoying meaningful experiences that promote fun and new learning opportunities.
