• Visit the service with your child and meet the educator/s, prior to their first day.
• Discuss what will happen at the service and reassure your child that you are coming back.
• Utilise our educator’s knowledge and advice by working with to meet your child’s needs.
• Try to keep goodbyes short – it’s important to be strong and convey a positive message.
• Reconnect at pickup by asking educators for useful questions that encourage your child to open up about their day.
